Chocolate Party Important Information
IMPORTANT INFO.
We have had A LOT of experience hosting Chocolate events, therefore we kindly ask you follow our house rules to make your event run as seamlessly as possible.
- PARKING is available at High Lane Medical Centre. Please DO NOT park in High Lane Business Court, however please feel free to drop off/ pick up guests, balloons or Cake before parking your car.
- We ask guests NOT to bring their own food and drink.
FOOD AND DRINKS PACKAGE ADDITIONAL £5 PER HEAD.
- We welcome guests to bring their own Celebration Cake or Balloons.
We recommend ordering your Balloons from Balloon Ur Room which is situated across the road from us and can be delivered prior to your event.
-Parents welcome to stay in The Choc Studio but please note space is limited.
2 adults max recommended.
We do however have a space next our party room designated for parents of guests where they can relax and enjoy our complimentary coffee and tea making facilities.
-We’ve got you covered.
We are equipped with;
Napkins, lighter, knife, wipes and hand gel should you need them.
-We provide Party bags for guests to take home their creations. We believe they will be sufficient enough to make guests very happy so anything additional is up to you but certainly not an essential.

A £50 DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO SECURE DATE AND TIME. FINAL NUMBERS WILL BE CONFIRMED A WEEK BEFORE YOUR PARTY AND YOUR FINAL BALANCE WILL BE DUE ON THE PARTY DAY.
